All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Australian orders received by 12pm will be dispatched same day via Standard Post, unless Express Post is selected at checkout (Excluding Weekends).

To avoid tarnishing and prolong the life of your jewels we recommend keeping them in the box provided. Additionally, to maintain their shine and condition it is recommended that they do not be exposed to chlorine, nail polish removers, body lotions, soaps, perfume, and hairspray..

To clean your jewellery, we recommend using a suede cloth. Please do not use water or any other cleaning agents as they can be abrasive and cause the removal of the plating from your jewellery.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

For all other items, excluding pierced earrings, we can offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of your order date
