AUSTRALIAN RETURNS
Refunds are only issued if a manufacturing fault is present at the time of receipt.
If a manufacturing fault is identified, please notify our studio a customersupport@christienicolaides.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Manufacturing faults are defects in workmanship. Naturally occurring variances in pearls or gemstones are not considered faults.
No. The organic structure of our Baroque Pearls makes each piece unique. Our pearls are hand-strung to preserve their natural shine during production, which may leave small visible holes. This is an intentional artisanal choice, not a defect.
Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For all other items, a credit note may be issued within 14 days of your order date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Jewellery boxes and pouches must be returned in original, unused condition
- Tags must remain attached, where applicable
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we recommend using tracked shipping, as Christie Nicolaides is not responsible if your return parcel is lost in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Pierced earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances.
All other items may be returned for a credit note within 21 days of the original order date.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Christie Nicolaides does not cover return shipping costs, nor is responsible if a parcel is lost in transit.
All international customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to Christie Nicolaides, a $100 AUD restocking fee will apply to cover return freight and logistics.

A restocking fee of $100 AUD applies to international orders returned due to:
- Refusal of customs charges (VAT, duties, or taxes)
- Non-acceptance by the customer at delivery
- This ensures return shipping and handling costs are covered. Customs fees are determined by the destination country and are not the responsibility of Christie Nicolaides.
