In order to ensure the safety of our pearls while they make their journey to our makers, we choose to use hand-strung pearls to ensure their shine is protected - therefore, depending on the structure of your chosen style, it is sometimes possible to see small holes in our ‘gems from the sea’.
This is not a fault in the product, as this is a part of our artisanal production choice.

Our curated collection of natural gems and lab made crystals includes Baroque pearls, turquoise, Blue Lace Agate, and Moonstone, each celebrated for its unique beauty and intricate patterns. Inspired by timeless artistry, our Baroque pearls boast organic, sculptural shapes, while the turquoise range enchants with its green-blue and chocolate hues. The Blue Lace Agate stones feature soft blues and delicate bands, creating an ethereal effect, and our Moonstones shine with a mesmerizing play of light, interwoven with subtle darker flecks. Handpicked for their distinctiveness, each gem is one-of-a-kind, making every piece a unique treasure.

OUR PRODUCTION JOURNEY
Each Christie Nicolaides piece begins as a sketch in our Brisbane studio, thoughtfully designed by Christie herself. Inspired by her Greek heritage, a deep love of antiquities, and her passion as an avid art collector, Christie creates jewellery that feels like wearable art.
From there, our designs are delicately handcrafted in Europe using ancient artisanal techniques that honour traditional craftsmanship. We are committed to sourcing stones that reflect our ethos of individuality - including our signature baroque pearls, each naturally unique in shape and character, ensuring no two pieces are ever the same.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Australian orders received by 12pm will be dispatched same day via Standard Post, unless Express Post is selected at checkout (Excluding Weekends).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid tarnishing and prolong the life of your jewels we recommend keeping them in the box provided. Additionally, to maintain their shine and condition it is recommended that they do not be exposed to chlorine, nail polish removers, body lotions, soaps, perfume, and hairspray..
To clean your jewellery, we recommend using a suede cloth. Please do not use water or any other cleaning agents as they can be abrasive and cause the removal of the plating from your jewellery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
For all other items, excluding pierced earrings, we can offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of your order date
