For any queries relating to our online sale during December 2021 till January 2022, please refer to the below notes.

 

Our Brisbane Boutique is currently closed and will re-open on Monday 10th January 2022.

Our studio will be closed Sundays & ALL public holidays. Your emails will be answered during our Studio open hours over this period as quickly as possible.

Please note that there is a high volume of enquiries during Sale period and we will respond as quickly as we can during Studio open hours only.

Questions sent to our Instagram or Facebook account will not be answered during this time. All queries should be sent to the email address above.

SALE SHIPPING INFORMATION /
Please note that due to the high volume of orders received during this time, we cannot combine shipping costs or items for orders placed separately.
Shipping will be charged and packed per order placed.
Shipping will not be combined for multiple orders placed separately.
Please note that our studio is extremely busy during the Sale period and we cannot answer emails that request this. Please note that we are unable to bundle orders placed separately and we cannot make exception.
 
DESPATCH INFORMATION /
Please note our studio will be processing all orders as quickly as possible during the sale period. All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days during this time. All Australian orders will be sent via Express Australia Post. All international orders will be sent via DHL. Please refer to either the Australia Post or DHL website for information that may relate to covid-19 delivery delays for your region.
 
CLICK & COLLECT /
Please note that from December 25th till January 14th our Brisbane Boutique will be closed. For this reason, click and collect is not available. All orders placed from December 22nd till January 14th are not available for click and collect.
 
SALE PRICES /
All Sale prices are final at the time that you place your order. Should an item that you have purchased become further reduced during the Sale, we will not provide a refund or credit note for the difference in amounts. Further reductions on items MAY occur based on the availability and number of units of certain styles during the period of our Sale.
 
SALE IS ONLINE ONLY /
Our sale is not available in-store, it is online only
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES /
Please note that all SALE and OUTLET item purchases are final. There is strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on any SALE OR OUTLET items.
Credit notes will not be provided for change or mind or any other reason.
Items must be paid for in one transaction.
Please note each and every piece of jewellery is hand-made and due to the use of freshwater pearls and natural stones your jewellery will vary slightly from the image provided online.
There are variations in the natural stones and pearls some may appear darker or lighter in colour. Due to the natural occurring baroque shape and colouring of the pearls, they will not be uniform and may feature slight marks and discolouration. However we still believe every pearl and stone is unique and beautiful and these naturally occurring variances are not considered faults.
